SHOTS: on the Binnenhof in The Hague the soldiers are lined up in a square. High civilian and militairy authorities stand on the side and look on. A lot of public interest. In the middle of the Binnenhof are 20 men and women, mainly civilians, some in uniform. They come forward one by one and are decorated with a medal, the "Medal of Freedom".
